- Quotation – we prepare & present a cost analysis for siteworks & inclusions
- Tender acceptance, deposit & contract signing – we’ll discuss changes & additions; you approve proceeding with the works, sign the contract & pay a deposit (timeline & start date is arranged)
- Obtaining permits – plans are submitted to council & approval is obtained in line with building regulations & legislation

Construction & Handover
Whether we’re building a new home, renovating or adding an extension, once plans have been approved, you can expect:
- Construction to commence – this will involve regular updates & site meetings to monitor the progress of your build
- Handover – we’ll carry out a detailed inspection with you & ensure any incomplete works are rectified before you move in (third party inspections also take place)
- Maintenance – we offer a unique 13-week maintenance period so that issues can be raised & rectifications completed
